Norbit's poster features a white background meaning that the few things that they do use colour for stand out a lot more to the audience. The use of bold letters draws the attention of the audience to particular facts such as this film is another one of Eddie Murphy's iconic film in which he plays two of the main characters.   Eddie Murphy has been known for his roles in film where he plays more than one character,  The Nutty Professor.
Murphy is known for his comedic roles in all his films, with such films as Haunted Mansion, Dr. Dolittle, also with his vocal role in the Shrek films.

The film feature the USP that two of the main characters are played by the same person, this appeals to the audience as they like to see how this has been done and how it works our when it comes to the characters interacting with each other.
